Boothwyn Pharmacy is a highly respected and well known specialty pharmacy servicing customers with chronic and highly complex medical conditions. They are one of the regions premier specialty pharmacy operations. Boothwyn engaged NRS to assist them in securing a new facility that would accommodate both R&D and retail applications.
To secure an approximate 20,000-40,000 square foot, class A, R&D-office facility with commercial adaptability, that provided the right layout for the processing and compounding of specialty pharmaceuticals. The facility needed to have a very specific layout as the company was having clean rooms and lab areas designed overseas and thus the space had to naturally fit around those design specs.
NRS led a multi-faceted campaign in search of the best facility for Boothwyn. After reviewing many options and tailoring the search parameters, NRS was able to negotiate and successfully assist Boothwyn Pharmacy in closing on a two building site consisting of a 12,000 square foot commercial office building and a 24,000 square foot R&D facility. The new facilities completely satisfy the company’s real estate needs and should help accommodate the explosive growth the company is having for years to come.
